We at Kingbrown are a tiny operation. We are sorry but cannot offer refunds and exchanges on our online ordering. All our products are in good condition before posting and great care is taken in packaging prior to sending.

FAQs

When Does Kingbrown post orders?
Kingbrown posts orders in batches on Fridays - unless that Friday happens to be a holiday. If Friday is a holiday, the orders will be sent the following week. This policy is subject to change during the christmas holiday season where shipping may be faster or slower due to holiday hours. Please print out a copy of your order for your records and refer to your order number when asking questions about it.
Can I cancel my order?
The short answer is no. The long answer is no, please check your purchase, contact and postage details very carefully prior to submitting.
